- – 1/2 cup (120 g) finely chopped onion
- – 2 cloves garlic, minced

- – 1 egg, lightly beaten
- – 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt

- – 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
Instructions
- Set your oven to a temperature of 450°F. Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, pulsed bread crumbs, grated non-alcoholic cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried thyme, beaten egg, and salt.
- After everything is well combined, incorporate the ground beef by hand until thoroughly mixed.
