  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (for tzatziki sauce)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for tzatziki sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, and parsley until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. For the tzatziki sauce, combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Notes

If the meatball mixture is too moist, add more breadcrumbs; if too dry, add a bit of olive oil. Experiment with herbs and spices to customize flavor.
