Description

A warm and delicious dip combining creamy cheese with tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Crackers, breadsticks, or crostini for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the cranberries with sugar until they are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a baking dish and top with the sugared cranberries.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and the cranberries begin to burst.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm with your choice of crackers, breadsticks, or crostini.
