Delightful puff pastry bites filled with creamy brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
- 4 oz. brie cheese
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- Candied pecans (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray the mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Place the wheel of brie in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for easy cutting.
- Unroll the sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 16 squares, then put each square in the prepared mini muffin tin.
- Take the brie out of the freezer and cut it into cubes. Place one cube in the center of each square.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup, being careful not to overfill.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove the bites from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, then gently remove them from the tin using a sharp knife.
- Garnish with chopped candied pecans or fresh rosemary if desired. Serve immediately!
Notes
For best results, use high-quality ingredients. Adjust the cranberry sauce amount to avoid overflow.
