Description

Delightful puff pastry bites filled with creamy brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
  • 4 oz. brie cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • Candied pecans (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray the mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Place the wheel of brie in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for easy cutting.
  3. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 16 squares, then put each square in the prepared mini muffin tin.
  4. Take the brie out of the freezer and cut it into cubes. Place one cube in the center of each square.
  5. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup, being careful not to overfill.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  7. Remove the bites from the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, then gently remove them from the tin using a sharp knife.
  8. Garnish with chopped candied pecans or fresh rosemary if desired. Serve immediately!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality ingredients. Adjust the cranberry sauce amount to avoid overflow.
