Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese (approximately 450 grams)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, bacon, or ham
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, and grated cheddar cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing until everything is well incorporated. If desired, fold in any optional add-ins.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
