Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (240g) cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
- 1/2 cup vegetables (optional, finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)
- Herbs (optional, for garnish: chives, parsley, or dill)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Combine the eggs, cottage cheese, and grated cheese in a mixing bowl. If you choose to include veggies, fold them in at this stage.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs set and the top is golden brown.
