  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240g) cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
  • 1/2 cup vegetables (optional, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)
  • Herbs (optional, for garnish: chives, parsley, or dill)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your baking dish with olive oil or butter.
