Description

A delicious and easy baked coconut rice recipe that transports you to tropical islands with each creamy bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Stir well to mix.
  3. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
