Description

A delicious and simple baked cauliflower recipe that delivers crispy, golden florets seasoned with garlic and paprika.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for that nutty, cheesy finish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, place the cauliflower florets and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  6. Serve hot, paired with your favorite dip.
