A delicious and simple baked cauliflower recipe that delivers crispy, golden florets seasoned with garlic and paprika.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
- 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for that nutty, cheesy finish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, place the cauliflower florets and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
- Roast for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve hot, paired with your favorite dip.
Notes
For the best results, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and experiment with additional seasonings.
