Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1 sheet puff pastry (optional)
- Crackers or baguette for serving
- Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using puff pastry, roll it out and wrap it around the brie cheese. Otherwise, place the brie directly on a baking sheet.
- Spread the fig jam generously over the top of the brie.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers or slices of baguette.
