  • Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 cup (480 ml) s (200 grams)
  • Macaroni pasta, cooked, 2 cup (480 ml) s (300 grams)
  • Large flour tortillas, 4
  • Lettuce leaves, 4
  • Tomato, sliced, 1
  • Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters)
  • Ketchup, 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters)
  • Beef bacon, cooked and crumbled, 4 strips


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet.
  3. Season beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Cook beef, breaking it apart, until browned.
  5. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl.
  7. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  8. Spread a tablespoon of the mayo-ketchup mixture on the tortilla.
  9. Place one lettuce leaf on the tortilla.
  10. Add a quarter of cooked macaroni on top of the lettuce.
  11. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over macaroni.
  12. Spoon a quarter of the cooked beef over the cheese.
  13. Add a few slices of tomato on top.
  14. Sprinkle crumbled beef bacon over the tomato slices.
  15. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling.
  16. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  17. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  18. Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  19. Place wraps seam side down in the skillet.
  20. Grill each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
  21. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
