Description

Delicious breakfast quesadillas filled with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and gooey cheese, perfect for lazy weekend mornings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat and spread bacon evenly on top. Add scrambled eggs and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top to form a sandwich.
  5. Heat butter or oil in the skillet and cook the quesadilla for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding jalapeños or sautéed vegetables. Use different types of cheese for a unique twist.
