Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced apples, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the batter into the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
