Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes or cooked rice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
