Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 2 cups mashed potatoes or cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
