- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until fully integrated.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Carefully pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
