Description

Deliciously marinated cubed venison cooked in an air fryer for a tender and flavorful steak, drizzled with melted garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb deer meat (venison), cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed venison and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place marinated venison cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in additional garlic if desired.
  6. Once the venison is cooked to your preferred doneness, serve it drizzled with melted garlic butter.

Notes

Let the venison rest for a few minutes before cutting for maximum tenderness. A meat thermometer is recommended for precise cooking.
