Description
Deliciously marinated cubed venison cooked in an air fryer for a tender and flavorful steak, drizzled with melted garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 lb deer meat (venison), cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed venison and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated venison cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in additional garlic if desired.
- Once the venison is cooked to your preferred doneness, serve it drizzled with melted garlic butter.
Notes
Let the venison rest for a few minutes before cutting for maximum tenderness. A meat thermometer is recommended for precise cooking.
