Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into a round flatbread shape using a rolling pin.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh parsley, dried oregano, and black pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush each flatbread with the garlic and herb oil mixture.
- Place the flatbreads in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Air fry the flatbreads for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For even better flavor, try swapping in different herbs or spices. Parchment paper can help prevent sticking.
