Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) ground beef
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ketchup
- 16 sliced pickles
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) garlic powder
Instructions
- Place the beef in a large skillet over medium heat, seasoning it with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook the beef until it is thoroughly browned. Set it aside.
- To heat the tortillas, stack them on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a moist paper towel, and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds.
- To prepare the wraps, lay a tortilla flat, then spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup over it. Add 4 pickle slices, a slice of cheese, and approximately ½ a cup of the cooked beef.
- Fold the tortilla like a burrito and repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
- Coat the tops of the wraps with melted butter.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F and allow it to preheat.
- When the air fryer is ready, place the wraps inside and cook them for 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Apply more melted butter to the wraps.
- Allow them to cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
