- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the flour and baking soda until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
