Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas (mashed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 ⅓ cups self-rising flour (gluten-free if necessary)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and brown sugar to a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the self-rising flour until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and fill evenly.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added flavor, consider including a dash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can also incorporate chocolate chips or nuts for different textures.
