Description

A simple and comforting banana bread recipe using just four ingredients for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas (mashed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cups self-rising flour (gluten-free if necessary)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and brown sugar to a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the self-rising flour until just combined.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and fill evenly.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
