Description

A quick and delicious creamy chicken pasta recipe perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve topped with sliced chicken and chopped parsley.
