Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken and chopped parsley.
Notes
Consider adding a pinch of nutmeg for extra richness or red pepper flakes for a mild kick.
