Description

Delicious and nutritious almond butter protein balls made with just 3 ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1½ cups almond butter
  • 1 cup whey protein powder (chocolate, peanut butter, or vanilla flavor)


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the rolled oats until they achieve a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the almond butter and protein powder to the oat flour and blend until fully incorporated.
  3. If the mixture is crumbly, add water one teaspoon at a time until it firms up enough to roll into balls.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture into twenty servings and roll each portion into balls.
  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to enhance texture.
